Just turned 40! Question about Sculptra
I just turned 40 about a week ago. I would like to maintain the look that I have for the most part. I have had Botox in my forehead and recently started Tret but other wise mostly just avoided the sun and used a lot of sunscreen. I also tend to use a lot of Korean skincare, specifically Korean Sunscreens. I was thinking of getting some Sculptra, specifically to treat the marrionette lines I have around my chin. I was wondering if maybe I should hold off and do another treatment like PRP or RF Microneedling? My derm said that I wouldn't need more than two vials of Sculptra. I'm worried Sculptra might make my face even rounder? I've always had more facial fat, so I'm afriad my face might look too puffy. Any advice on how to keep what I have/subtly enhance what I have would be most appreciated. Thanks!
