Do I bench phainon and pull evanesia?
He's E0S0, I just got E2S1 Castorice last phase so i don't think I'll be able to get his E2 next patch and also i need to pull Cyrene, i also think he's been underperforming since like 3.8, do y'all think it's worth getting his E2 and cerydra when she returns just for his to be viable? I'm thinking instead of spending those 2 costs on him just get Eva and yaoguang and pivot to EMC and get huo from the shop. Since we're gonna need 3 teams from now on. Does his E2 really change everything?
