For awhile I was using a wired Corsair headset and it worked OK but it was a bit bulky and I even had a few customers comment something like “wow that is quite the headset!” I didn’t want my giant headphones to be distracting so I just switched to using my laptop audio but have had people say they can’t hear me well and the output was also very crackly for me.

So, since then I have bought and returned various options from Amazon for different reasons after testing the call quality.

Webcam isnt too big of an issue but I really need a good option that’s good for 20-50 calls a day and 5-10 meetings per week. Idc if it’s just a headset or a boom mic but I’d love to hear what works well for other people doing similar outreach.
