Changes to Don’t Panic 207 for Fall 2026
Hey y’all,
There are big structural changes happening to the on-season of PHYS 207 for Don’t Panic. Profs would be Erukhimova, Bassichis, and Nodurft. If you haven’t checked the simple syllabus yet, they are changing the exam structure. Previously there had been 3 midterm exams and a final exam totaling for like 92% of overall grade. Now there is only ONE midterm exam and a final totaling for 85% of your grade. Recitation part of grade is also increasing to like 10% of total grade, so it’s possible it will be more to turn in. Keep in mind, more homework is more practice but it will still be a lot. As always, classroom.physics.tamu.edu will be your best friend, but read the syllabus and go to all classes for info pertaining to your section.
