How to enter day old rice and other starches

I know that day old rice, pasta, frozen and toasted bread and similar foods have more resistant starch, making them better for diabetics. I’m not sure if it changes anything that Cronometer measures? I can’t find an entry.

Energy expenditure estimate

F62 with osteoporosis and cerebral palsy. I lift weights 3*week and use either stationary bike or walk for cardio. My job is sedentary. For context, my effort to walk is about twice what a non-disabled person would need. (So if I walk 3k it’s like a non-disabled person walking 6k. That’s from my medical team). I use an Apple Watch to track activity. Should I start with the baseline “sedentary” or moderately active?

Cogeco Internet service calls

I switched to Cogeco about two months ago and it’s been a nightmare. I work from home and I’ve had five service calls already. I’m on the third modem. The last technician finally tested the line and isolated the problem…sort of. I live in a condo and somewhere on the line there is a problem. They’ve submitted a ticket. This is the third ticket I’ve had with them. I work from home and had to hot spot my phone to use my data to work today. I’m wondering if I should switch providers. Virgin no longer offers Internet and I don’t really want to go with Bell. And I don’t know if Cogeco shares a line (so maybe switching won’t help). Has anyone else had a problem like this and if you have, did Cogeco fix it or did you switch providers? I’m in southern Ontario. I don’t want to have to wait for months to get a solution!
