As the title suggests, for the past 3 seasons I've gotten to 21-23k and then I'm just kinda stuck there and never break through to 25k+, and when I'm closer to 25k I start bottom fragging and dropping like 60-70ADR games. I have played several seasons of ESEA Open and one season of ESEA Intermediate, I would like to get on a team but wanted to get my prem rank up and then do my faceit rank (I don't really play faceit yet) so an ESEA team would take me. I've done tons of death match, koovaks, that sort of thing. Learned plenty of utility know all the instas on mirage/ancient and most normal smokes and mollys on most maps. I'm pretty aggressive as a player generally. I feel like I don't know where to go next to break through past 25k, I feel like I've done it all... the dm, the workshop maps, the aim trainers, the watching my own demos, watching pro games, being on an ESEA team... I just don't know what else to do besides play more ESEA which I want to.
Any tips for breaking through to 25k/Faceit-10 would be appreciated. I have a dem file of a nuke game I played just an hour ago where I dropped 70ADR roughly and did a little poorly, in a 23k lobby, if that helps. I feel like it's my decision making.
