Does anyone use the new business chequing account? I have a question about account visability. It says you use the same log in for all your accounts, but i dont need my bookeeper to see my personal account balances, is there a way to avoid this? I can't imagine im the only person who has a bookkeeper...
I sent my buddy some $ by etransfer for some work he did for me, he decided not to deposit it, so it has timed out and needs to be returned to me. The issue is that i get an email from my credit union telling me to click a link and enter my banking login info in order to claim the money back, which i wont do. I dont see an option in the app to do this.
Is this normal for a returned e-transfer? My credit union is really behind the times as far as online banking and cyber security is concerned.
Is this legit? The number 1 rule of cyber security is never enter passwords when clicking links, is the banking industry really this lax?
