I’ve been posting consistently on TikTok for a while now and I can’t break 300 followers…. :/ I

feel like I’m too close to my own content to judge it objectively anymore.

Some videos do okay, but most stall out really quickly, and I can’t tell if the issue is:
weak hooks
niche confusion
pacing/editing
captions/hashtags
video quality
inconsistency
or just the content itself.

I post a mix of humor, relatable/lifestyle content, pets, little storytimes, trends, etc. but I feel like my account still doesn’t have a strong “identity” and I’d genuinely love outside opinions from people who understand short-form content.

I’m not looking for “just keep posting” — I really want some constructive feedback. If this was your account, what would you do first?

Be honest but also please be kind too- the whole reason for trying to grow a community is because I’m working my way out of a pretty gnarly funk and moved away from my friends and family :/
