The union rep in my Mail centre is an absolute joke

So basically he was going around today checking who has done that "my experience" survey and who hasn't.

I am a new entrant and already left the union 3 mounths ago. He knows I already left and argued with him for about an hour why I left.

Anyway, he came up to me and asked me to do the survey.

I said: I am not going to do it because there is no point, the management will just collect our data through the survey and wouldn't care to make a change. I already did it for the last 2 years twice and things are just getting worse at this company.

He said: don't worry all your complaints and comments are being discussed by the managements.

I said: have you checked the comments on the Robin app under the survey? Even people who has the legacy contract are complaining and nothing is about to change.

He said: don't listen to these negative people. You should be positive and do the survey. If you will listen to people who are always complaining we will have other problems.

I said: excuse me?! These people are employees in this company not strangers committing from Facebook or Instagram. How are you calling them negative people?!

I ended the conversation here as I argued with him enough previously and can't be bothered to argue with him more for a pathetic survey.
