Michael Jackson the Experience on a Quadro T2000

Hello everyone, I have a laptop with a Nvidia Quadro T2000 GPU and 32GB RAM and I'm trying to play Michael Jackson the Experience on dolphin but for some reason no matter what settings I try it's always stuttering (as indicated by the attached video)

I have the resolution set to native, aspect ratio automatic, no widescreen hack, backend is vulkan with the GPU itself selected and I've made sure drivers are up to date.

Is it even possible to run the game on my laptop?

I have a playstation vita with adrenaline installed which enables me to play PS1 classics through the PSP emulator on the vita.

But the issue is the console itself does not have an l2 or an r2 button, has anyone had experience with playing the trilogy on the vita and if so how did you set up the control scheme?

So I have a ps vita with adrenaline installed, I do like it very much but for some reason every time I see a PSP listed on sale my hand itches to get it and sell the vita.. am I stupid?
