PKGJ Revival - Fan concept

I finished designing the menu for downloading or selecting games, and I also added some icons to the background, In all the images, they are in different positions to simulate movement, Plus, to switch between game categories (PSVita, PSP, DLC, etc.) you just need to press L or R, also i made a Homebrew games menu, i read somewhere that it would be a good idea. If you have other ideas you'd like to see, feel free to comment; I read them whenever I can! (Sorry for not replying, I'm usually busy sleeping or working)

Just in case, I want to clarify that this is all a concept and not something functional.

Sorry if something isn't clear, I'm using a translator!

Having owned every handheld…. The Vita is only one I actually still play

Had my vita for a while, and played it a lot but of course when the steam deck came in I got that so I could play some AAA games and then the Rog Ally and Switxh which seemed to be an improvement so I played those. Playing game cube titles and ps2 classics was fun but I soon realised that I wasn’t playing these handhelds much, in fact it seemed a chore to do so, maybe because they were so big to carry around. They just gathered dust.

Then I decided to update my vita with some latest ports and emulators and I got right back into it! It’s such a cool device and there’s a real charm to customising it with designs and games, not to mention I carry it everywhere! It’s the only handheld that I genuinely want to play all the time…. So I’m giving it the official title “Greatest Handheld ever made!”.

I will say that utilising the remote play function was a big thing as I play a lot of my favourite titles through it and it works amazingly well away from home.

This has happened to a couple people I know as well. Think size does really matter.

Any plans for STS port?

I am just asking a question because i think asking it here is quicker & i would get a more accurate & detailed answer. usually when the portmaster creates a port, a vita port isn't far behind so are there plans of a slay the spire vita port?

p.s. am not requesting & just want to know if there is an ongoing one

This is a reminder to NEVER put the vita in your pocket

I used to put my vita in my pocket thinking it was gonna be fine, but because the joysticks were pressed against my legs, they developed drift extremely fast, NEVER do this, either put it in a bag or in one of those specialized vita cases, the left stick didnt have any drift, but it developed it super fast, and the right one had some minor drift, but i fixed it witha plugin, but now it is done for

Edit: i managed to fully fix it with a plugin called analogsenhancer, i was screwing around with the plugin and it wasnt working, until i watched a YouTube video explaining how it works, and now it is fixed!

PS VITA Dead Space

I have been at this for hours, I've set up my director just as the instructions have said, I have 1.1.33 as it wants, I've installed everything, ran through over four different installation videos which took only seven minutes to install.

Yet I can't get this thing working, I have the two lines of code I need under my kernel, I have FDFIX and Kubridge, I've tried everything I absolutely possibly could and replicated every single instruction I could find.

Yet I am still stuck with C2-12828-1 as an error. No matter what I do. I would REALLY like to play this game but after hours of trying to fix this I seriously need some help, I don't understand what I could possibly be doing wrong at this point.

Comic reader issues

Installed Noboru to read comics on my Vita instead of my phone. The cbz files work flawlessly and Noboru is a great working app. My problem is that I have some comics in cbr format and so far after a couple of days trying to figure out how to convert cbr to cbz I'm at a loss. I've tried to use sites on the net to convert to cbz and have been coming up short on anything working. Is there a way to get Noboru to read cbr or any sites that will convert files.

What games are you guys currently enjoying playing?

Recently modded my Vita and I’m looking for game suggestions it also doesn’t necessarily have to be PS Vita games

Just games that run on it so could be ports, emulators, etc

Problem formatting SD2Vita for 2TB card

OK, so JB Hi-Fi finally got the 2TB micro SD cards in stock, and I can confirm the cards are genuine, I'm currently using one of the two I purchased in my computer as I type this. I wanted to put the other in my SD2Vita, my previous card was 1TB and its nearly full.

I followed the instructions in this video. Now it is my understanding that for anything over 200GB, the card should be formatted using 64kilobytes as your Allocation Unit Size. However, it's been awhile since I last prepped an SD2Vita and I'm now on Windows 11. It only seems to let me select 128kilobytes as my lowest setting. My desktop which still uses Windows 7 also wouldn't let me use 64kilobytes, nor did my local library computer which used Windows 10 (I think).

I proceeded to format the card selecting 128kilobytes as my allocation unit size. But after copying all my previous card's data across and popping it in my Vita, the Vita correctly recognizes the card as having 1,863GB, but it doesn't recognize any free space. VitaShell detects no data at all, free nor taken. And on the main menu it keeps giving me a notification falsely warning me that there is less than 40MB of free space. This is despite there being nearly an entire TB of free space.

Any suggestions? Was selecting 128kB at fault? Any idea how to get the 64kB formatting option back? Or is there something else I should do?

issues with mGBA saving games data

like the title says, im having issues saving games with mGBA (pokemon emerald).

ive tried moving the roms folder to ux0:/data and inside the mGBA folder itself. ive saved ingame, save states, and exit the game through the emulator before exiting the app itself. no matter what it doesnt keep it saved and doesnt make a .sav file either. is this an issue with mGBA or am i just missing something?

Death Road to Canada

Just finished Death Road to Canada. Had a great time with it. The port runs really well too, no crashes and good performance. Check it out if you haven't already.
