Amazon Flex Deactivated After Loss Prevention Call — Accused of Keeping Packages (Canada)

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for advice or similar experiences regarding my deactivation from Amazon Flex in Canada.

I had been delivering with Amazon Flex with no prior formal warnings. At some point, I noticed my standing had gone down, which surprised me. I emailed support asking what happened and tried to understand the issue.

Shortly after, I was contacted by a Loss Prevention Site Lead from Toronto who requested a call.

During the call, I was told that I allegedly:
Kept packages for myself
Possibly threw or dumped them somewhere
Or kept them “because times are tough”
This was extremely shocking to hear.

I explained everything clearly, my delivery process, what I did on those routes, and denied any wrongdoing. However, during the call I was told that I was “making excuses” and “making the water more muddy.”

After that call, my account was deactivated.
I submitted an appeal explaining my side in detail.

Today, I received a final response stating that:
My explanation does not meet their requirements
Their original decision stands
I am no longer eligible for Amazon Flex
I cannot sign into the app anymore
What’s frustrating is that I was never shown specific evidence or detailed proof of what I supposedly did. I was only told the allegations verbally during the call.

This was a meaningful part of my income, so this has impacted me financially.

My questions:
Has anyone been accused by Loss Prevention like this?
Is there any real escalation after a “final decision”?
Has emailing executive escalation (jeff@amazon.com) actually worked for anyone?
For those in Canada, is it even realistic to pursue legal advice as an independent contractor?
I’m not here to attack anyone
I just want to understand if there’s any path forward or if this is simply final.
Any insight would help.
