I'm stuck can somewone help me ?

I can't progress in the story anymore because the enemies' power is 136k while mine is 133k (I could brute-force it); I'm stuck at the level 160 wall and can't upgrade my gear or skills because I'm out of materials.

Can somewone tell me how to up my account ?
