Myntra's new system is incredibly frustrating – Fake delays, automatic cancellations, and useless support.
Hey guys, just wanted to rant a bit and see if anyone else is facing this issue with Myntra lately.
Myntra used to be my go-to app, and I’ve successfully ordered from them so many times in the past. If my pin code was fine before, why is it suddenly an issue now?
Here is what happened: I placed a big order with about 10 to 11 products. The tracking showed that the order actually reached my city on time! But once it arrived here, the status suddenly changed to "delayed." It just sat in my city for 2 to 3 days before Myntra arbitrarily cancelled it.
Frustrated but really wanting those items, I went ahead and placed the exact same order again. The exact same thing happened—it reached my city and got stuck. This time, I called customer care during the delay to tell them I needed it urgently. The agent was polite and said, "Ma'am, I have raised your concern," but they never mentioned any pin code issue or delivery failure. After that call, they just cancelled the second order too!
Only later was I told that they don't deliver to my pin code. If that was the case: Why did the packages literally reach my city before being rejected? Why didn't customer care tell me about the pin code issue when I explicitly called to ask about the delay? Other apps warn you upfront or at checkout if a pin code is unserviceable, or at least give an option to pick it up from a nearby hub. Myntra did none of this. If they had told me earlier, I could have arranged an alternative address or pickup.
Instead, they kept me waiting for days, hid behind generic "we have raised a complaint" scripts, and cancelled a massive order twice. Has anyone else experienced this kind of weird, hidden pin-code cancellation loop recently? How do you even get a real resolution out of them?
