Is this bad score?
I use my device very roughly, it overheats sometimes, and feels sluggish, and laggy.

The build quality
It's a good phone over all but the build quality is just very poor the paint chips out in just a minor fall. The frame dent like it's made out of clay. My back panel cracked from a fall just over 3 feet high even on a plane ground. Same goes for the display.
