After 3 attempts, I finally got laminated dough!! (Kouign Amann pastry)
I did 4 simple tours, 2 with butter only and 2 to add the sugar in (proper to the Kouign Amann pastry). I used a normal butter instead of tourage butter. They could have baked for a bit longer but overall it tastes exactly like my french childhood memories!!
