Should I keep updates off for my FR 265? 27.09 doom?
Hi, I switched auto updates on this off ages ago before I went on a long trip "in case it bricked itself" and was about to put them back on. My system "about" say it's bundle 25.04. So probably that's pretty old! Just in case before I did I checked for issues and see however there are huge amounts of complaints update 27.09 is a nightmare.
It seems to do what I need it to do, am I missing anything important? I don't want some buggy crap on it that then won't update to 27.10 (?) that apparently fixes it, which people are sayng is the case?
(*Garmin's software devs don't seem great .. e.g. I've an Edge that never uploads rides with wifi even though the router clearly shows it connects, seems also a very common issue, but that's a side mini rant, let's not get sidetracked :)).
