i got a vizolink 2k webcam - cheap 20$ chinese manufacter on amazon.

Using it in obs, the camera controls for low light compensation is grayed out. could this be hardwired to be always on?

And the higher i manually control the exposure, the lower the framerate becomes. Is this because of the low light compensation? or are all webcams like this?
