Failed to initialize Telnyx client
Hello, I'm having difficulties using Webbphone.com site since June 30 (I'm in Canada)
Getting error:
Failed to initialize Telnyx client and the message Disconnected
I tried multiple times on Firefox and Chrome on a laptop (after clearing cache and incognito page too) and smartphone with wifi and on mobile data only.
The errors are the same.
Balance is high.
I go to https://www.webbphone.com/
Get Started
Sign in to make calls
Sign in with email
I get email notification
But when I click Complete Sign-in (in email)
It takes me back to webbphone and I get an error message:
Failed to initialize Telnyx client and the message Disconnected
I sent 3 messages to support@webbphone.com on June 30th and today is July 2 So far there is no reply.
Any suggestions what to do with this?
