for context I'm 34 software developer, dead father, no wife, no plans to get married soon, father left us good money and 3 apartments for me and my brother and sister.

I moved to UAE 4 years ago and saved money (almost 400k aed) since then I bought stocks there made small profit, now I want to start doing something either buy a flat to rent or start a company.

I have no other experience outside programming but I don't want to start a "programming" company. I need help and advices and side projects that I can manage from abroad that can make small profit.

also I thought about buying a flat here in UAE since renting it would be easy.
