I found a really good deal on an airlift setup on marketplace and I know there can be some risks so what can I do/bring to ensure everything is in working order before I buy?

How big of a risk would these unknown-brand adjustable camber arms be? The price is really enticing and they seem to be the better adjustment style.

I found a really good deal on some bilstein b16 coilovers but noticed that it looks like their max drop is 2 inches. Is that enough to get good fitment? My wheels and tire specs are 18x9.5+30 and 255/45/18.
