I just had my almost 3 week post-op for DMX DTI follow up. PS was very pleased with healing progress and I feel great. He cleared me to walk as far and as fast as I want. Also to reach top shelves and put clothes on over my head. I was so excited about this easing of restrictions that I forgot to ask how it translates to daily life. I'm curious how much others were allowed to do when these same restrictions were lifted. I know I can't vacuum because those are heavy, but can I sweep? Do laundry? I'm allowed to get dishes out of high cabinets, but can I put away a whole dishwasher worth? I have another follow up in a week so I'm not going to bother messaging them, but I am curious if I'm still supposed to be minimizing using my arms for mundane daily activities.
EDIT: I should add that I did not have any lymph nodes removed.
