Hey! I deliver an order like the client asked, he asked for a revision which again I did, he then said he wanted it ‘’more abstract and flowy ‘’ ( not sure what this means on a wedding monogram but okay) for which I responded, we can do a video call so you explain exactly what you want. Half an hour before the call he msgd: never mind , we going to go to a another direction” he didn’t asked for cancellation, I would normally wait for the 3 days for the order to be auto completed, problem is since he asked for a revision ( but then gave up ) now the order is marked as late.
I don’t think it’s fair to cancel the order after all the hours that I worked on it and after doing exactly what he asked. But leaving it as it is it’s going to affect my stats because I of the late delivery.
The only solution I see now it’s to resend the work again and hope he won’t get into Fiverr so it’s going to be automatically accepted lol (I have to be really lucky for it to happen)
but there is also the risk of him rejecting again or worst… accepting and then giving me 2 stars
If I tell support my case would they help me or they going to be by the buyers side?
