I cannot locate the Loading Deck in the outpost building menu. I found the Empty Deck, and have scrolled through every single option under Structures, Misc, Storage.
I have: Uninstalled/Reinstalled the Creation, Uninstalled/Reinstalled Starfield. Started a new game.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.

Anyone have any suggestions?

As an aside: I love this Creation and will continue to use it regardless of the Loading Deck.

Edit to add: Modular Outpost: Argos Extractors is the only Creation I have enabled.
