Is it possible to 3D print gaskets for old springers?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to 3D-print gaskets for spring-powered airguns for which spare parts are no longer available on the market. I enjoy restoring old designs, but I often find that replacement parts are completely unavailable. Air rifles that had synthetic seals wear out over time and sometimes even fall apart, whilst those with leather seals are not very efficient.

That’s why I’m wondering if it would be possible to print a seal on a 3D printer. And if so, what filament is best to use for this? Would standard TPU suffice, and how durable would it be? Or are there perhaps better, more modern materials for this type of application?
