How expensive is Cannes in July?

I'm planning an holiday on the southern coast for the last week of june or the first of july but i'm not sure how expensive Cannes really is.

I've been looking for an apartment which was near the city and near a beach hopefully with a decent view. I've found a few within 850/900 euro near the plage du midi. is that a good location? seemed so.

But how expensive is daily life?
I'm travelling with my wife and a 1 and a half year old. we plan to mostly have dinner at the apartment, maybe 1 or 2 dinners out. we'll have breakfast and lunch around town or the beach, so we'll mostly get stuff at the boulangerie or a bar.
is 80/100 euro a day a reasonable budget? even a little less?
