Hello! I need some help – my computer isn’t recognising the connection with my NW-e393 via USB. I’ve tried several methods: plugging it in and waiting 30 minutes, restarting the Walkman, performing a factory reset on it, restarting my computer, and changing the micro USB cable more than three times, but nothing seems to be working.

When I connect it, I don’t even get the Windows notification that a device has been connected; no folder appears, and it isn’t recognised in Music Centre either. What surprises me is that the computer does charge the Walkman’s battery when it’s connected.

I heard that one solution was to update the portable device drivers, but for some reason, they aren’t on my computer.

update: could be cuz im using windows 11?
