Vcure smell
Hi,
i got my vcure and i am happy so far except the heavy smell.
I changed the filters, made them wet before but it smells out of the front door as hell. There is no light to see from the outside but i noticed the seal inside is way off. I contacted support but they say that these seals are normal and i should not open the door very often. I did not open the door while testing the device,also i know my rooms and in which time smell is gone normally. It smells 24/7 Device stands in the basement with good airflow.
Any recommendations what to to? Support is no help and offering me a pair of socks…
I tried to make the seals warm an bring them in position but that wont work.
Also i did pay a shitload of money as everyone for it so the device should be 100% not looking like that.
