Paze Wallet Ineligible Card Bug
Like many folks here, I'm running into the bug where the Chase app tells me that I have no eligible cards when I go to add my CSR (and OG Freedom) to Paze to take advantage of the 10x bonus.
This is a minor update, but I called in to the CSR phone line today to try and resolve. Over the last few days I have been going back and forth through the Secure Message Center to try and resolve, and the latest secure message advised me to call in. When I explained the issue the phone rep immediately knew what I was talking about and said they were aware of the issue and have been getting lots of calls about it and that they were prioritizing a broader fix, hopefully within the next 48 hours but exact timing depending on the tech work needed to fix it.
Hopefully their tech teams can figure out what's causing this and get it resolved! Got a Disney trip coming up and was stoked to get that 10x on some of it through Newegg gift cards.
