The customer who gave up on the 5167r first ordered a VSF Daydate and requested a gen crystal. I built that watch for him, but the plating factory ran into some trouble with the process, so the lead time was extended. Because of that, he chose to go with the 5167r instead. But then, due to the war, the 5167r got stuck in Dubai. This friend always backs out at the very last step before success.

Custom products can't guarantee zero mistakes, but I can promise I'll resolve issues faster than my competitors because I have full confidence in my supply chain and delivery team. My team also has the manpower and resources to ensure on-time delivery
