What am I missing with Yunara?

I love this champion, her kit, her design, her gameplay and how smooth she feels. Problem is, my winrate is pretty bad with her, currently close to 40% over 30 games.

I see other people's experience with her on my elo and higher (I'm Emerald 1 atm) doing great with her, like 55-70% wr and I can't seem to understand what I'm doing wrong.

I just can't figure it out, I tried different build paths like Kraken>FH Bolts>IE or Yuntal>PD or FH Bolts>IE. Felt weak af with the first one but it also feels the best in terms of gameplay because of Kraken, and with Yuntal felt a little stronger but the build path is trash, waste too much tempo waiting for the 1300 gold.

In early I try to keep up the farm and poke whenever I know it's safe to do with Q up, but most of the time I end up losing trades. She feels extremely paper, like I know I'm an adc but anyone can 1v1 me or one shot me.
In teamfights I try to kite front to back but take too much time facing the frontline and then the backline usually catches up and deletes my team and I.
Even with the 3 item spike, Q and ult up, and combos, I feel like I'm throwing peashoots at them. And I can't even count the amount of times where I'm kiting and chasing an enemy, throwing W and E, and ending up with them running away with 5 hp left. I swear this situation happens with my Yunara too many times almost every game, whereas with any other adc I'm not having that issue.

Even when I'm really fed, I never feel strong like I read from people here, not even at the Kraken spike. This doesn't happen with other adcs, I main Ashe and MF and once I'm fed I feel like I can truly carry, but not with her.

I'm open to hear your thoughts, I really want to master and do great with her, but I'm getting close to giving up.
