Does anyone know why big rig trucks and other cars driving on Sunrise Blvd honk around the 122nd intersection?

There's obviously a lot of road noise, the ER kids flooring it right when schools out, big trucks leaving the dump. But this is one I could never figure out in the 2 years I lived in South Hill. At first I thought people were just driving poorly, which they still do, but it's like multiple honks like they're saying Hi to someone or a kid told them to pull the horn.
