Side effects with Zep 2.5

Hi there, please be kind. I have been on zepbound for almost a year on 2.5mg. I tried to go up to 5mg twice and ended up in the ER with intense GI symptoms. I’ve only lost a small amount but it’s better than nothing. It has made me able to come off my BP meds and improved my mobility.

The problem is I am also getting pretty bad side effects with 2.5mg on occasion. Mostly, I think it has to do with eating too late or eating things that are greasy or sugar alcohols (which I recently totally cut out), but sometimes it has really come out of left field. And I don’t always get to choose when I eat and sleep due to work. And admittedly, maybe I make bad choices sometimes because I’m human. It is hard to see my friend on 15mg eat whatever he wants and has lost a lot more and I’m over here trying not to puke sometimes lol.

I was wondering if anyone had experienced this on Zep and tolerated one of the other GLP-1s better. I am thinking of talking to my doctor about trying something different but I’m not sure what. And I’m scared of gaining the weight back. :(

Thank you.

Tile has popped up and grout cracked

I have lived in this 1999 slab home for about 6 years and in the past year these tiles started popping up. Finally, the grout cracked this past week. I was worried about a leak, but there is no water. It’s near my refrigerator and nothing is wet or leaking there either. I thought if it was just that the tile was becoming detached that it wouldn’t pop up like that. So I’m kind of confused. What’s going on or how to fix it. Any advice would be appreciated.
