I'm not even halfway done with my writing. I postponed working on it because I thought I had enough time and my professor was answering my emails very slowly. I realized much later that the topic I chose was under researched and much more difficult to explain than I originally thought. I wished I had changed it sooner but it's too late for that now!

I don't even want to pity myself, I just want to write, but I have no ideas. I mean I can write a lot about my personal opinions, but that's not how you write an academic essay. Does anyone have any tips for how to work under pressure when you don't have any idea what to write? I'm studying English Literature by the way.
