I joined an art competition after having 0 want to paint for too long. The competition has very little requirements just canvas size and the prompt is “America the beautiful”. I signed up 2 weeks ago and I feel that I need some inspiration! All I can think of is the super cheesy USA stuff like eagles and flags. I think I’m over thinking it and will probably just follow my gut. I usually paint landscapes and sometimes animals.
What do you think of when you read America the beautiful? Any thoughts or ideas you’re willing to share. Also no need to share pictures. I really want to get my mind out of the box.
