There used to be a specific beetroot samosa that I used to have from Cotton Hill school canteen years ago, and I still haven’t found the same one anywhere else. It had a slightly sweet and spicy beetroot filling, and it tasted heaven. Never had that from ICH btw.

I’ve been craving it lately and was wondering if anyone in Thiruvananthapuram knows a bakery that sells beetroot samosas similar to this.

Would really appreciate any leads.
