I noticed being an Engineer / Lawyer is super formalized with its own title in this country.

Furthermore, achieving said professions is the gateway from technical expert to higher levels within management across different business/political sectors.

Anybody else find that interesting as a foreigner?

Anybody feel if soccer was the most popular sport here then elite talent would come out of the Philippines to play in the top leagues around the world?
