My two favorite artists are, in that order, Jason Isbell and Zach Bryan. I don’t know if any of yall have thought about this before or listen to Jason, but if you take the melody of the first line of If it Takes a Lifetime, and put it over the first line of Mine Again, basically the same. Keep going with the verse and put that over the first verse of New South Wales, and very similar. (though the first one is more obvipus). I’m not saying it’s a bad thing and I know Zach is a fan of Jason, so I don’t have a problem with it. Just curious if anyone else here listens to Jason and has noticed this?
