Hi everyone.

I have a 2019 Honda accord 2.0T. Love the car. It’s fast, comfortable and has tons of space. For many years I praised Honda. Best cars ever made, reliable and fun. However, last week my engine had valve damage. The car went on limp mode.

My car is completely stock, had 80k miles. Never tuned, I drive like a normal person. I don’t floor it, go fast…. A ton. I change the oil every 5k miles with 0w-20 full synthetic.

Why did this happen? Also I am not paying $11k for an engine swap. Any recommendations I should do besides that lol.
