Cold pizza delivered and refusing to refund the money

It was around 3 AM and I was hungry, so I decided to order some pizza. Everything seemed normal at first. The delivery partner took around 5 to 10 minutes longer than expected, which honestly wasn’t a big issue for me.

What really disappointed me was the condition of the pizza when it arrived after nearly an hour of waiting. The pizza was completely cold. You could literally feel it in the crust, the chicken chunks, and the overall texture. If not for the taste alone, I would honestly rate the experience a 2/10.

When I tried escalating the issue through support, I was only met with 5 to 7 AI generated responses before the chat was automatically closed. I wasn’t even given an option to speak to an actual support executive.

I’m genuinely disappointed with the experience. The pizza was so underwhelming that I didn’t even feel like finishing the last slice.

Please help me out with this. Atleast let me express my concern to a support staff
