Puerto Vallarta!!! Found this day after fumigation. Do I still have roaches?

Location: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
*Older home*
2 story humid.

I just moved into this place. It is not my dream home but there is a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, I spent the third day dealing with this situation (the first 3 photos). And I hired an exterminator who came two days ago.

Flash back to today, and I found coffee like grinds near my hat and what seems to be a cockroach egg in my guest bathroom. Which when smashed had a loud hallow crunch and looked empty. (The final three pictures)

I am so miserable. I am not sure what to do. Is this a sign that I have a huge cockroach infestation in my house? The owner seemed completely unaware. I am supposed to be renting to buy, and I am not sure if this is a deal breaker or not.

Is it normal for this to happen right after fumigation? Should I give it time and continue to fumigate monthly? Or get the hell out while I still can?

Me and the owners have already turned the house upside down after finding that bed which we disposed of… now I am not sure where the hell they could be coming from.
