Hi there! I finished a 9-month course of Accutane (reached past my cumulative dose) in October 2025. Now that it’s been 7 months being off of Accutane, my skin is DEFINITELY much clearer, with only 1-2 breakouts around my period & I’m using Tretinoin to maintain.

However, lately, I’ve been having 3-5 painful breakouts along my left jawline/neck, even not during my period. I know this is where hormonal acne typically shows up, but I’m obviously really disappointed and scared my acne is going to come back. Just wondering if any other women have experienced this?
