I'm got 3 spare tickets to the show at Howard Theatre in a Floor Booth willing to sell them for what I paid for them 55, but not tryna share my booth with no weirdos, so tryna find some people I would be cool with hanging in with. I purchased a refurbished Pixel 10 Pro this weekend which I was super excited about because my Pixel 7 is on its last leg. I spent hours yesterday working with Xfinity Mobile customer service to try to get an eSIM installed, but no luck.

I either got a message telling that an eSIM cannot be installed or a message telling me to contact Verizon (I assume they're the original carrier). However, I have been able to confirm that the phone is fully unlocked, so there's nothing Verizon can do for me.

The US version of the phone doesn't allow for pSIM so I feel stuck. I've read that this issue is cropping up a lot for Pixel 9 and 10 users, has anyone going a solution?

I can obviously return the phone, but if this is a firmware issue, then there's no guarantee that the next phone I buy won't have the same issue. I'm hella frustrated.
