I have this problem on Windows 11: every 5 seconds, the audio pauses for 1 second. Not an estimate, I counted each time, it is exactly 5 seconds and exactly one second. I do use Voicemeter, but I've tried restarting it, and even if I use it straight to my headphones without Voicemeter, it still does it. Also, it is a fairly new problem; it only started about a month ago, and then I would restart my pc, and it would be fixed. But now it's stuck. I have restarted it, kept it off for a couple of hours, etc.

Ryzen 7 5700x3D
Rog-Strix B550-A
32 GB DDR4
OS BUILD: 26200.8246

Edit: I uninstalled Voicemeeter, and it is working now. I don't know the exact problem, but I know uninstalling Voicemeeter will fix it.
