My data does not sync unless I open the app which I think defeats the whole purpose as I don't get notifications unless I open the app. I have settings allowed and unrestricted for background usage. What am I doing wrong? I also can't seem to figure out the headache tracking? I thought the ring is supposed to alert of possibe headache? I have it enabled and even logged it a few times. Any advice is appreciated.

If I pay for 3 years does that mean it starts after the 1 year manufacture warranty making it 4 years? It seems like the smart rings batteries don't last beyond a year so I think paying a little extra for protection is probably worth it.
