If I pay for 3 years does that mean it starts after the 1 year manufacture warranty making it 4 years? It seems like the smart rings batteries don't last beyond a year so I think paying a little extra for protection is probably worth it.

Diagnosis on battery shows issue

Ive been having issues with my battery for 4 months. Samsung's customer service is horrible to say the least. Today I decided to run the diagnostic on the ring. Anyone else showing this?
