hi! I got this very badly tote bag from the thrift store. I am absolutely head over heels in love with it, but it needs a lot of work. Any ideas on how I could the handles, welting (?) that has torn on the back of the bag, and corner that has torn?

I am open to invisible and invisible, mending ideas. thanks!
