I called the main line and waited on hold 2 hours 2 minutes and 38 seconds. I quit. Then I called the Globalist Line and it said due to technically difficulties my call could not go through. So I sent chat a message. No response. Is Hyatt service still in business? I booked a reservation that’s not showing up on my app, but I have the email and the reservation number.
