Hello Redditers!

Context: opened my heart chakra a year ago.. spontaneously. Siddhis have been coming in, and integrating with lots of discernment has been going on.

However, I can feel in deep meditation, and when doing Tonglen now (a loving compassion practice), that there’s a block in my heart. It’s sticky and stuck, and I don’t know what’s there. I’ve been living almost in bliss, healing a lot of relationships and living in a state of compassion, and joy. But I have this rock in be energy centre and I’m not sure where to look to try and transmute it.

If anyone has any suggestions or insight, both ears are open!

I am a newer medium. (I am developing the Clair’s, learning to trust the communication and have physically seen spirit and experienced physical healing mediumship)

I’m nearing the end of a development circle at a spiritualist church, but I’m having trouble consistently opening and receiving.

Our teacher is great, she’s passionate and very (very) encouraging to practice, but there’s not a lot of process. It’s “open and GO!” And the lack of my consistency is boarding on disheartening now. (Working on that lack mentality).

Does anyone have any insight or advice on how they work consistently, or how to deepen your atunement?

I am newish to the energetic and NHI/PSI world, and have been experiencing energetic entities in meditative and heart coherent states.

Last night while in bed, I could visually see the energy of a circular shape, perhaps an orb in structure, but less dense than a physical orb. It was sort of radiating an energy field around like 1-2 feet in diameter.

I have been training my egoic response system to remain calm and removed from fear, and as I stayed in this relaxed and receptive state, it started to float around ahead of me. Then it moved to the side of my bed, and approached me closer. The energy around the circular core got smaller and it nearly looked like it was extending a thin arm. (It just looks like energy movement, maybe with a slightly darker center with hints of deep blue).

And then I watched it approach as my arms and hands (which were on my stomach), got cold. I know that can happen when spirit is present.

I’m not sure if this counts as an orb, or if it’s a spirit… are they different?
