Rustageddon on front guards
Trapped leaves rusted the heck out of these left and right guards from the inside out. Looked fine from the front so I ignored it too long and now have what you can see.
The rest of the car is totally fine with fairly low kilometers, so wanting to fix these up to get another year of rego (and clear my garage to keep the peace at home!).
The plan was to replace the entire panels, but nothing is available in my state (NSW/ACT). The wrecker compatible panels are either smashed up or black, which I assume would cost as much to respray white as a repair job?
What would you do? These parts have multiple curves making them a right pain to manusfacture new bits, and seems too extensive for a regular patch and forget job or am I overthinking that?
