I think I accidentally found a fix for that "mouth craving" when you're already full

I’m physically stuffed but my brain still wants that "heavy" mouthfeel. Since I’m avoiding nausea, I tried a random hack:

​Hot tea + 1 tsp of pure gelatin.

​The gelatin adds a thick, rich texture that tricks the brain into thinking it’s getting something substantial, without actually adding weight to the stomach. Totally killed the craving for me.
